Service Desk / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Job in West London, London Uk

Our client based in West London, is looking to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk / Helpdesk Support Analyst on a contact basis. The role covers 1st line Technical support of a variety of applications Vista/Windows/XP/Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite to a multi national user base across locations in UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have recently provided 1st line Technical Remote support and will have excellent communications skills, be out-going, confident self-starter with a pro-active approach. You must be able to work in a team environment as well as working on your own with no supervision (strong problem solving skills). Technical Knowledge of Core Desktop Technologies: Windows XP, 2000; MS Office 2000 2003; MS Exchange 2003/ Outlook; Remote Support Tools, Citrix and/ or SharePoint.
