Service Desk Manager – Investment Bank – London recruitment

I am currently looking to recruit, an exceptional Service desk Manager, for a top Investment Bank. My client is looking to take on an individual who will be responsible for providing swift and precise responses to customer incidents and to ensure that I high standard of work is adhered to by all members of the team. The following experience is required:

•Managed at least a team of eight in a high pressured service desk environment
•Experience working in an trade floor environment
•Good knowledge of Windows, Windows AD
•Good exposure to SQL
•Good understanding of desktop applications such as: MS Office, Explorer and Adobe
