An opportunity has arisen for a bright enthusiastic individual to join a highly regarded office water company as a Service Desk Manager
Candidates will need strong communication and man management skills, a positive and friendly telephone manner, be able to work well under pressure and have good organisational skills.
Office based and responsible for the smooth running of the installation and service of machines, you will be leading a small team of service controllers, whose responsibilities are:
· Dealing with customer's faults
· Liaising with engineers on service issues and breakdowns
· Arranging installations and uplifts
· General administration
Skills required:
· PC literate with good working knowledge of Word and Excel
· Ability to liaise at all levels both verbally and in writing
· Enthusiastic pro-active approach to work
The ideal candidate will have worked in a service office as service desk manager, customer service supervisor or customer service manager and have a good knowledge of London, with previous supervisory or man management experience. Candidates with a good customer service background will also be considered.
