This largely recognisable organisation is currently seeking a Help Desk Officer/ Service Desk analyst for a permanent engagement.

In this role you maybe be required to provide IT onsite support and be responsible for the delivery of quality customer service, you will also assist with any IT Projects including Rollouts.

You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have worked within the IT industry previously with knowledge and experience in Windows XP, Server 2003, Citrix, Desktop, Server, laptop hardware and posses basic networking skills.

The ideal candidate will display a strong sense of problem solving skills, demonstrate a drive to quickly learn and be able to pick up skills without formal training. You will be self motivated, friendly, posses a positive attitude and display the ability to work without day to day micro management.
