Service Desk Supervisor / Helpdesk Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Supervisor / Helpdesk Supervisor to join our client, a global law firm.

The successful Service Desk Supervisor / Helpdesk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the workload of the Service Desk and ensuring that issues are dealt with in line with agreed processes and procedures.

As Service Desk Supervisor / Helpdesk Supervisor you will continually improve levels of IT skills and knowledge within the team, mentoring staff and producing regular stats for management to act upon.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of supervising a service desk, with any experience within the legal sector beneficial.
