Service Desk Support position required for my financial / banking client based in London. Candidates must have experience in:
- LANDesk Administration / Reporting
- Software License Control and Media Management
- Obtaining quotes and raiding purchase orders for both hardware and software
- Creation of procedures and documentation
- Asset Database checking / entry
- Day to day administration support for Service Delivery Team
- Coordination with various internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project based tasks
