Service Desk Team Lead – ITIL, Financial Services
My client is a large Financial Services firm whose Asset Management arm require a Service Desk Team Lead on a contract basis, urgently.
The role will see the successful candidate manage and lead the Service Desk team and provide a structure and stability to the existing set up, providing a calm, pragmatic and logical approach to achieving as well as providing excellence. You will be used to working within an ITIL framework.
You must have worked as a Service Desk / Helpdesk Team Lead previously, preferably within a Financial Services environment. You will have strong people management skills, ITIL qualifications and experience as well as a calm, pragmatic and logical mindset and approach to work.
Due to the nature of the role you must have outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills as well as eligibility to live and work in the UK.
