Service Desk Team Lead, Asset Management. recruitment
My client has an opening within their Service Desk team for a team lead to come on board to ensure that a cost effective 1st line technical support and advice function runs smoothly serving both internal and external business customers and ensuring that SLA levels are met.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
*Experience working as a Service desk team lead for a financial services client
*Knowledge of the Asset Management industry
*Good knowledge of Infrastructure environments
*An ITIL certification
