Job:

One of our Clients, a Worldwide market leader in the Telecoms market, is currently looking for a Service Director.

Acting as Point of Contact for Multinational/multibillions customers, you will be responsible for escalation management with a focus to get issues solved in accordance with customer's SLA and external in terms of pro-active communication with customers regarding unexpected service issues or customer's complaints.

You will be responsible for :
-liaison between customers and the different internal departments (virtual team management) on different levels (from Engineer to CXO level)
-Pro-active issue resolution on the higher level
-Providing to internal departments informations on sensititive issues and managing them
-Dealing with customer's complaints (both strategic and non-strategic) within a timely matter in accordance to relevant Customer Care policies.

* 25-30% Travelling worldwide.

For this role we are looking for following skills :

*10+ years professional experience
*Customer Service experience
*Experience within the Telecoms sector
*Excellent proven relation management skills
*Project management skills
*Understanding of service delivery customer life-cycle support processes and procedures
*P L responsibility
*Managing matrix teams +15 people.
*English Dutch French
