Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, Multi-family Real Estate Investment firm for a Service Director. Madison Apartment Group, L.P. (“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US.
This team leader will be accountable for the overall repairs and preventative maintenance to preserve all buildings and equipment at a peak level of operation and appearance at the most reasonable level of expense possible of Madison @ Ridgelake located in Nashville, TN. This community consists of 560 units.
The Service Director must be a high school graduate, or possess equivalency. At least three (3) years of prior apartment maintenance staff experience is required. Must have EPA, and HVAC. May require Pool Operators Certificate and CAMT is encouraged.
