Service Dispatchers x 4

My client is looking to create a new team of 4 strong Service Dispatchers.
You will need to have a excellent background in customer service / call handling
Some of your duties will include:
Handling and logging of customer calls.
Build a strong and positive relationship with customers, engineers and colleagues.
Allocating and monitor all work issued to engineers.
Track details and escalate as required.
Allocate and order Sub-contracted work.
Absence planning of engineers
Process engineers timesheets, checking for accuracy, productivity, overtime.
System cleansing as required referring to the error logs.
Review team resource, skill matrix and primary engineers etc. on a daily basis.
Participate in regular Admin/ Dispatch meetings. Participate in regular Engineer meetings.
Monitor engineers’ performance and escalate where appropriate.
Procurement of Engineers Tools and small materials.
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
