Service Improvement Manager

My client provides IT communication services to customers across the UK. Based in Hursley, Hampshire they’re committed to providing products and services to the very highest quality.

I’m currently looking for a Service Improvement Manager to join my client’s fast-growing team. In this new role, you’ll focus on increasing efficiency to maximise positive impact to thee service. At the same time, you’ll be expected to engage with various teams within the command centre, collet and interpret data to enhance poor performance. This role offers the chance to work with an industry-leader.

With a background in Service improvement you’ll have experience of IT service desk. You will have specific experience of identifying service issues and identifying process improvements. Service Management ITIL would be a large advantage.
