Service Level Analyst - Energy Trading
Service Level Analyst required for prestigious, global energy trading firm. Our client is seeking a Service Management professional on a contract basis to assist in the completion and implementation of Service Level Agreements across the IT department for the benefit of the Trading arm.
This person will challenge SLA requirements with expert knowledge and understanding of service management.
Requirements:
* ITIL qualification/knowledge
* ISO 20000 knowledge
* Around 2 years experience working in Service Management within the banking or trading industry.
* Roughly 1-2 years experience translating business processes into service level requirements
* Microsoft Office
The successful candidate will be expected to display a solid understanding of IT Architecture including hardware and software components and dependencies between them.
Also required; experience and knowledge of multi-vendor service providers both internal and external in provision to the business.
There will also be the opportunity for the chosen applicant to travel occasionally to Germany. Therefore any proficiency in the German language would be highly desirable, although not essential.
