Job Description

Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL-based service support in the coordination of Configuration Management on a 24x7 basis. Responsibilities include the management and oversight of service delivery processes, which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management and configuration management as well as resource coordination, customer management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical (incident based) to strategic. Required Skills

6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principals
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Solid ability to create and document processes

Desired Skills

Experience with IT/IS operations support
Experience with implementation and/or operations of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
Experience with management of IT/IS processes for incident, problem, change or configuration management
Understanding of large IT environments and their organizational structures
Experience with project management disciplines
Experience with facilitation of group activities
Able to develop and present clear oral and written communications
Able to work at multiple levels of internal and customer organization
Exceptional problem solving skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal direction and guidance

Education
