Service Management Analyst - Leeds - £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a cutting edge NHS IT agency as a Service Management Analyst. Working within the Change and Release Management function, as well as providing support across the wider Service Management team, you will be responsible for undertaking vital tasks to ensure Service Management duties are effectively carried out within the national team.
This will include
•Assuring the Service Management processes of national suppliers
•Working to define and ensure end to end functions and processes are in place with all stakeholders across the wider organisation and its suppliers
•Providing input in to release scheduling, ensuring completion of the builds and tests in coordination with suppliers and testers, ensures release processes and procedures are maintained;
•Approving the implementation of changes based on requests for change.
•Providing impact assessments to key stakeholders
•Accurate and timely performance reporting
•Ongoing process improvement including co-ordinating activities to develop, implement and support Continual Service Improvement Plans.
•Reacting quickly and effectively to unexpected service issues and maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
•Working as part of a team to improve service to administrators, clinicians and patients
As the ideal candidate you will be a self starter with proven experience of working as an analyst within large scale ITIL environments either within a specific function such as Change and Release or Problem and Incident Management or more broadly across the Service Management function. You will have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience of building and managing relationships with either external suppliers or with a complex internal customer base. In addition you will be ISEB certified and have either ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience.
