Service Management Architect – ServiceNow Platform

Service Management Architect required for our investment banking client to act as technical design authority for the design and configuration of the service management core platform. The role will also involve the ensuring of high standards of quality of deliverables from multiple projects utilising both onshore and offshore resources.

The role will require:
- Delivery of Process and Standards to fully support the management of releases to the Service Management Platform.
- Successful operation of those release processes through September and November 2013 releases.
- Definition and implementation of ongoing production support procedures for use by 1st 2nd and 3rd level support organisation.
- Leadership of all aspects of design pertaining to core functions of the platform and for capabilities / functions implemented and supported on the Platform.
- Definition, maintenance, and enforcement of programming, implementation and operational standards with respect to the ServiceNow implementation .

- The successful candidate must have specific knowledge of the Service Management domain, and be able to work with the senior leaders in the organisation in order to define and deliver an integrated Service Management Platform from initial design through to deployment.
- They will need excellent client focus as it is key that they understand how the client interacts with the exiting products.
- They will be expected to strive for the best practices and high quality service, and enjoy identifying and analysing problems.
- They will be capable of setting their own priorities, delivering solutions in a timely and efficient manner, and providing clear and concise updates on progress. Innovation is also a key skill our client is looking for a candidate who challenges the way things are done, initiating and supporting improvements to our service management processes, transferring creative ideas in to solutions and driving change.
- The candidate must have a demonstrated track record of successful implementation of ServiceNow in a large and complex organisation and of design leadership working with others.
