You will:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Independent Financial Advisers and direct clients in all aspects of trading and margin lending. You will also assist Relationship Managers and BDM's in managing strategic relationships with a panel of High Value Advisers.

The AM provides efficient and professional customer service by way of telephone, email and fax. This will also include building and maintaining high quality relationships. The facilitation of non-advisory trading activities and the explanation of the products and services offered by CommSec Adviser Services. You will endeavour to provide an excellent client experience to our wholesale advisor groups.

By working closely with state distribution networks, fund administrators and internal stakeholders your core goal is to enhance Commsec Adviser Services reputation as the preferred wholesale provider within the Independent Financial Adviser market.
