This is a permanent role and will attract a very good base salary + package to include up to 35% bonus, 26-30 days holiday, BUPA for family, good pension + more.

Our client’s business is at the very heart of the London banking community and is a stable member and well regarded institution within city finance circles. Our client’s IT systems help support the trading of items such as derivatives, swaps and fixed income products. As a highly established and trusted recruitment partner of eight years (and just one of two tier 1 preferred suppliers), we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Service Manager to join the IT Production department.

Key duties:

You will be part of the Application Management team, ensuring delivery of systems and services to development and production as well as managing communication to clients and managing the resolution of Incidents and Problems across the service environments.
