Service Product Manager

Objective:
This management position will take the lead on defining the strategy and the service offer for Care Agreements, Assessments and Controls, creating the various calculators, implementing the contractual requirements, providing the service organizations with the appropriate level of service product knowledge to drive the business locally, establish the business plan and drive it in line with the targets set for the strategy in order to capture an increasing share of installed base recurring revenue

Principle Responsibilities:
* Care Agreement, Assessments Controls Product Definition:
o Work with Global Services Marketing to define the portfolio for each in line with global strategy and EMEIA Market requirements
o Establish the support material to enable promotion and training of the local services organizations
o Define pricing strategy based on profitability requirements and local market conditions
o Define the standard contractual template
o Drive continuous improvement of Care Agreement offer
* Strategic Implementation
o Establish global strategic roadmap
o Train the local organization on the Care Agreement, Assessments Controls products portfolio's
o Work with each individual service organization to define local strategy and roll-out plan, including resource plan, tracking metrics and performance milestones
o Create and implement sales programs, promotions and incentive programs
* Monitoring and Reporting
o Monthly tracking
? Sales, connectivity, margin, renewals and cancellations
o Status and evaluation of promotions and programs
o Benchmarking of various Service organizations
o Identifying of growth opportunities
o Monitor market performance and reaction to service product in order to adapt as required (Voice of the Customer)
* Tactical Support
o Provide on-going support and training to local service teams to ensure continuous improvement of knowledge level and performance of Service Sales teams
o Determine calculators and support tools
