Service Product Manager (m/f)
All SIPLACE services are aligned to a clear customer production lifecycle (Planning, Ramp up, Production Optimization) that has identifiable tasks against each stage and clear service offerings (Manufacutring Innovations, Engineering Services, Capability Transfer, SMT Academy Option Tools Spares).
The open position as Service Product Manager is responsible for the offering of Engineering Service (classic services with field support engineers as well as local repair capabilities) and Capability Transfer (a package of tooling, knowledge and certification) which involves the following responsibilities:
- Identification of new products for the customer production lifecycle through customer and regional feedback
- Business case justifications for identified new products
- Project management from development to the rollout phase of the new products
- Sustaining of the current products
- Regional partner for the support of the products in the sales phase
Desired Skills Experience
- Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- A team oriented approach to the work environment
- Attention to detail and analytical problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- Structure approach for the project management
- A least 5 years experience working within the SMT production processes
