We are looking for a customer-oriented and reliable
Bilingual Service Product Support Technician (English/Spanish)
to perform repairs and calibrations at customer sites and in-house; as well as to provide post-sales technical support, including training and installation, validation support, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical test equipment
This position is located in Puerto Rico and will require frequent overnight travel (up to 50%) to the US as well as occasional trips to Mexico, Central South America.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
· Trustworthy, reliable, and quality-minded technical professional
· Great interpersonal and customer service skills, incl. ability to train customers
· Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
· Knowledge of GMPs and pharmaceutical industry are desired (production and/or lab)
· Must be able to work independently in order to maintain various customer service milestones
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Computer savvy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
· Great teamplayer, used to working in a small team wearing many different hats
· Education: Technical college degree desired
· Languages: Proficient in Spanish and English
