Service & Project Manager

We are looking for a Service Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate teams in the implementation of projects and services, according to scope, timing and quality criteria (eg SLAs) agreed with the Client.
- Register, monitor and manage potential risks associated with the implementation of the project and/or Customer service provision involving the required teams.
- Participate actively and proactively in monitoring the profitability of projects.
- Monitor and report the progress of the service delivery level according to the specifications originally established.
- Support the definition of corrective and preventive actions in view of problem situations detected in the course of providing service, coordinating its subsequent implementation.
- Manage the creation, maintenance and analysis of records inherent to rendering the service.
- Follow the technical teams activities assigned to the department in charge.
- Ensure the escalation occurred outside the scope of service delivery contracted by the Client.
- Act proactively in order to prevent possible failures in service delivery at various levels as well as in the execution of tasks likely to instill "added value" to the service.
Main requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience and training.
- +2 years of experience in similar function.
- Extended IT Know-How.
- Basic knowledge of project management and service management.
- Certification in Management methodologies Service and Project Management (preferred).
- English language Know-How
