Service Quality Improvement Analyst

    IBM's new Technology Services Delivery Center in Columbia, MO, is seeking a Service Delivery Quality Analyst. This role is responsible for analyzing defects in services and to drive service delivery quality improvement. Candidate will have practical experience in one or more of the following: Server Admin (Unix, Windows or Mainframe), Database Admin (preferred Oracle, SQL, DB2 or similar), Storage Management (distributed servers or Mainframe), Problem Change Applications (Remedy, HPSC, or similar), Mainframe z/OS experience(system programmer, application development or operations roles). Experience in statistical analysis is beneficial.

    The QA will apply a defect prevention methodology across pooled accounts through root cause analysis (RCA) and other internal procedures. The QA collaborates with account focals, technical focals and other Green Team members. The QA reviews solutions to ensure full root cause is identified and the solutions are scalable across accounts, pools and geographies. This is NOT a software development QA/testing role.
