SERVICE REPORTING ANALYST - £35000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS - SURREY

An exciting and challenging role working for a market leader in Surrey!

The successful Service Reporting Analyst will report to the Head of Service Management and will be responsible for the management of service reporting and capacity management. This role measures and reports on service against established goals and identifies opportunities for service improvement by analysis of issues, problems and current system capacity.

Essential skills / experience:-
· Certification in ITIL
· experience of a service analyst role in a mission critical 24x7 environment
· Demonstrated knowledge of various technologies - including Microsoft Server software, networking components and connectivity
· Experience with data management
· Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
· Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
· Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
· Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
· Highly self motivated and directed.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:-
System Reporting
· Work with Service Management to define the service reporting KPI's needed to understand, trend, manage and improve service offering.
· Provide regular reporting of Actual Results vs KPIs / SLAs
· Develop and manage the Service Reporting Platform
· Recommend Service Improvement Actions and manage SIPs.

Capacity Management
· Produce and maintain an up-to-date Capacity Plan, reflecting the current and future needs of the business.
· Ensure that proactive measures to improve the performance of services are implemented wherever it is cost-justifiable to do so.
· Monitor patterns of business activity and service level plans.
