Service Representative - Coil Cleaning
Cintas is currently looking for a Service Representative - Coil Cleaning to provide a thorough cleaning service for commercial air conditioning units as well as other applicable areas. Selected individual will provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a pre-determined basis by cleaning all air conditioning surfaces using customized cleaning equipment. Primary duties involve driving a customized company owned step van to and from numerous customer stops, as well as lifting, pushing and carrying the cleaning equipment and products into and out of customer accounts. The selected candidate will also be required to push and move machines in order to clean the floor. Additional duties of the Service Representative include ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving. The position is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the equipment as well as the interior of the vehicle. Specific routes and customers are assigned, in order to build a rapport between the Service Representative - Coil Cleaning and the customers serviced.
