This position is responsible for driving the Customer Center Services Sales activity. Traveling in a defined geographic area, this includes quoting and strategizing long term service agreement, prospecting, and developing relationships; to achieve services revenue targets, maximize profits, increase market share, increase customer connectivity and maintain customer loyalty on assigned customers account management activity that leads to successful agreement renewal.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Generate Services Agreement Revenue - Call on existing, drifted and new customers and cold calls to engage in Agreement Services Sales.. Keep current with all product knowledge(Package Care Agreements, Preventive Maintenance Contracts, and Services ) and training needed. Creatively provide solutions to customer needs by aligning services offering with customer and business needs.
2. Develop People - Provide selling expertise on services products for internal sales team in developing pricing strategy and sales strategy for service related programs within defined territory and or across location trading area.
3. Manage Cash - Ensure that all orders obtained are error-free. Ensure contract language is aligned with and in compliance with business unit guidance as it relates to Terms and Conditions. Ensure resolution of all customer disputes. Manage all costs associated with selling efforts, including travel and entertainment expenditures. Manage agreement pricing by fully utilizing costing tools and resources provided and in consultation with Service Manager for equipment history.
4. Ensure adherence to safety rules (vehicle safety, customer site safety) in the field, as well as in the center.
5. Earn Customer loyalty via troubleshooting to resolve customer satisfaction and service issues. Managing service relationships by working closely with the service team on active contracts and prospecting for early renewals.. Service assistance as needed with service contracts communications by resolving open issues.
6. Maintain quote log with face-to-face customer interactions in order management system. Record key contract milestones (e.g. proposal, C Suite Reviews), reporting requirements (email) and database requirements. Provide feedback on market conditions.

Education Standard:Bachelors Degree Required
Education Type:Technical or Business Mgmt
Bachelors Degree Required; Engineering or Technical Degree preferred.
Five or more years services agreement sales experience required with preference in industrial products and services.
Experience in working with agreement cost modeling and negotiating multiyear services terms and conditions
Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications required; strong analytical reasoning skills.
Excellent selling, solution recommendation and customer facing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to navigating between the operations and C Suite decision makers; discerning between the user and the buyer of the services
Teamwork in collaboration with other members of sales and services team; desire to win as a individual and as a team.
