Role Synopsis
The Service Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of PPS service lines, managing personnel and resources for turnkey projects from initiation to closeout. The Service Supervisor will Liaise with clients, third party vendors, internal stakeholders in sales, commercial, engineering and operations and will be responsible for safely managing projects and staying on-time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Service Supervisor is responsible for all operations ensuring all costs within job description are controlled (equipment, materials, etc.). Must maintain a close working relationship with all Functional Supervisors by ensuring that a high level of service is forthcoming in support of short and long term base activities. Ensures that the required level of technical experience is maintained at Base level and that adequate training of staff is carried out when possible.
- Oversee and participate in the cleaning and drying, gel cleaning, pumping, hydrotesting, dewatering, purging, inerting, pneumatic testing, drying, leak testing, and transferring of pipeline and process sites in a timely, efficient and safe professional manner
- Prepare and mobilize/ demobilize all necessary equipment required to perform operations.
- Rigging/De-rig of equipment, status tagging of equipment in accordance with Company Quality Management System Procedures
- Select resources to be utilized on ongoing and planned operations
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in an oilfield operations environment.
- Supervisor experience
- Experience with executing services lines in multiple pipeline process service industries.

- Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL)
