Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that engages in the acquisition, ownership, management, and redevelopment of apartment properties. · Work directly with residents and team members to diagnose, assess repair issues including electrical, plumbing, a/c, heating, HVAC, appliances, water irrigation, tile, carpet, walls and flooring
