Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, Multi-family Real Estate Investment firm for a Maintenance Technician. Madison Apartment Group, L.P. (“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US.
This team member will be accountable for necessary repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the entire community of Madison @ Brantley Pines located in Goodlettsville, TN. This community consists of 200 units.
The Service Technician must be high school graduate, or possess equivalency. At least six months of prior apartment maintenance staff experience is required. Pool Operator’s certificate required. HVAC/EPA certified a plus.
