Service Transition Analyst - London
My client based in Central London requires an Analyst to undertake service transition activities as part of a service management team. The role will be working in accordance with ITIL and will typically focus on delivering one of the core transition processes.
The Service Transition Analyst must have the following skills:
- Proven experience of working within a group delivering an ITIL based service transition capability in a complex, multi-site organisation, preferably public sector.
- Knowledge of the ITIL service management framework (ideally qualified to Foundation level)
- Experience of working in a structured project method environment.
