Our location in Dayton, Ohio is currently seeking candidates for a Service Writer opportunity.
Duties are to greet and interact with shop customers, complete the vehicle intake process and communicate reported problems to foreman/technicians, and keep the customer informed about the progress of their truck repair and cost of services.
The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with heavy duty trucks, successful experience in customer service strong verbal (including phone) written communication skills. Must be comfortable with computers and data entry, and cash register operations; prior dealership experience (including Auto) is preferred.
