Servicer Liaison recruitment

The main responsibilities and requirements are the following:

1. The servicer liaison will act as the main point of contact between the servicer and Balbec, ensuring that the servicer is adequately managing Balbec’s expectations.

2. The liaison will communicate with the servicer's employees daily via telephone and email to: exchange a daily briefing of status updates, project manage, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of servicer’s work for Balbec, and identify and resolve issues.

3. The liaison will provide Servicer with the necessary data points and data field explanations for Servicer to adequately perform their duties for Balbec, and ensure that Servicer is utilizing the relevant and proper data in their servicing activities.

4. The Liaison will work with the servicer to review existing reporting needs to determine the best possible reporting solutions and will assist the servicer in developing additional reporting based on Balbec's needs.

5. Liaison will monitor servicer’s performance, including on-site visits, to ensure best practices, performance, and compliance.

6. Liaison must demonstrate initiative, have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proven decision making and problem solving skills are critical.

7. Fluent French and English required

8. Fluent German desirable
