{i}Position Overview: {/i} The Services BPA Director role will leverage the power of analytics to drive business decisions, provide understanding of market dynamics, and contribute to strategic growth of the business. Responsible for gathering and validating data and information; performing highly complex, state-of-the-art analyses on economic/operational feasibility, pricing, market sizing, etc.; developing options and recommendations to senior management; and tracking actual results vs. plans and budgets

The position will also be responsible for:
- Collection of marketing/economic/financial data, analysis and evaluation of options for presentation to Services management
- Development of marketing materials and prospectuses
- Preparation of executive reports, deal tracking MIS, variance analysis (actual results vs. budget)
- Data crunching, running and maintenance of pricing models and CRM tools
- Collaboration with CMI peers and other Citi functional partners on BPA, finance, planning, and budgeting related matters
- Management of multiple high priority and visible projects and project teams
- Recruiting, managing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members, providing regular feedback linked to agreed goals and objectives
- Performing all other ad hoc project and program management duties as requested, including strategic initiatives related to new generation systems platforms

{i}Reporting Relationships{/i}{i}:{/i} The Services BPA Director will report to the Head of Services.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred

- Position requires a minimum of 6-10 years of broad-based and deep experience in mortgage analysis, including feasibility studies, financial/marketing/economic anaysis skills.

- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills as well as experience managing projects and small team of professionals/analysts

- Interacts with senior leaders (across functions), both internal and external.

- Able to address conflicts upfront.

- Able to build strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization

- Strong business acumen coupled with management, organization, administrative and relationship management skills

Leadership Competencies:

- Must demonstrate the utmost integrity and have the respect of internal and external constituencies

- Excellent written and oral communications skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and mediate effectively
