We are seeking a Services Labs Engineer to be based in Richardson, TX to support the Services Product Labs and management of test equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to Services Labs Users requests, including equipment requests, assist in setting up for product training, trials and demonstrations in the Services Labs or for shipment to customer locations.
- Ensure that all FNC Services Labs processes are adhered to.
- Track and ensuring proper calibration in an effective, efficient and safe manner.
- This person is on-call (24x7) on a regular basis to support issues that require immediate Services Labs support.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years related work experience.
- Technical training in telecom or a related field is desired.
- Experience with Fujitsu Network Communications telecom products is a plus.
- Experience with telecom test equipment is strongly desired.
- Experience with telecom labs environment is strongly desired.
- Experience with data networking a plus.
- Experience with vendors is desired.
- Strong organizational skills and experience working with vendors are desired.
- Some lifting required.
