We are currently recruiting for fraud servicing advisors ( Saturdays only )
to work within their team, enabling the efficient management of fraud risk.
You will provide an expert investigative, consultancy and advisory service by analysing, researching and evaluating financial crime to maintain, develop and implement compliance with legislative requirements minimise financial loss to the Company.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
• Carrying out investigations into financial crime committed both internally and externally to protect the interests of the Company and its stakeholders.
• Reviewing high risk transactions, profiling customers and decisioning alerts to identify fraud whilst minimising impact on genuine customers
• Analysing and reviewing financial crime risks/trends on products and services by consulting and advising on potential weaknesses to mitigate risk to business areas.
• Will operate pro-actively using own initiative
• Ensuring that the bank and its subsidiaries comply with their legislative obligations
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships by advising and guiding to enhance the prevention, containment and detection of financial crime.
This role is to start as soon as possible , Saturdays only 9.00 - 17.30.
