Servicing Analyst Job in Los Angeles 90010, California Us

Job Description:

-Responsible for developing and maintating a report suite that will be used to support the Servicing business (this will include Collections, Customer Service, Aspect Dialer UIP 7.0 and an Avaya switch)

-Create in-depth analyses to improve efficiencies and effectiveness in the Servicing and Dialer envrionments.

-Develop interfaces that improve business performance.

Required Skills:

-Must be proficient in SQL, Oracle, VB
-Prior collections performance reporting and analysis
-Prior dialer and phone switch reporting
-Interface development
-Extreme attention to detail
-Logical, systematic and analytical thinker
-Self-driven problem solver

Preferred Skills:

-Proficiency in Aspect dialer reporting
-Proficiency in Avaya switch reporting
-Experience building team incentive plans
-4 year college degree
