The purpose of the Business Servicing Consultant is to respond to phone enquiries from both internal and external customers, maintaining the highest level of customer service and spot and refer sales opportunities at every opportunity. Queries/requests may relate to clearance of cheque funds, temporary excesses, temporary overdraft facilities, status of loan applications and general small business lending. Use of the delegated CAD is required.
Skills, Knowledge Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, commitment and a desire to satisfy customer needs.
- Well-developed sales skills to spot and refer opportunities.
- Excellent listening and problem analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Ability to work in a high paced telephone environment
