SET-UP OPERATOR
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is currently looking for a Set-Up/Start-Up Lead Hand Technician to join their team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in an Engineering or Technology field
- 5+ Years of experience in plastic extrusion manufacturing and composite materials
- Proven knowledge of engineered resins, methods of heating, cooling plastics and tooling design
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process problems
- Ability to start-up and run production lines
- Ability to lead and training operators
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Excel and PLC
- Forklift Operator Certificate is an asset
