Settlement Analyst – OTC , Emissions LNG Business

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Responsible for the daily management of OTC and cleared trading activities.
  2. To accurately and efficiently reconcile against all core controls for all relevant deliveries.
  3. To arrange OTC payments includes pricing confirmation with counterparties and Invoicing
  4. To handle collateral arrangement or margin call payment/credit settlement with clearing brokers and 3rd parties
  5. To pay the broker commissions and fees.
  6. To settle physical Emissions and LNG trades by processing payments to suppliers or billing customers for receipts
  7. To book business in the accounting system
  8. To ensure incoming outgoing funds receipt or payment shall value on time, if any delay in payment, interest shall be applied as per contract , AR ageing follow-up
  9. Prompt resolution and follow up of any discrepancies on a daily basis keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
  10. To maintain accurate and updated information
  11. To provide weekly funds statement to Treasury Department
  12. To carry out with the procedure/process for the implementation of ICTS or other network system
  13. To support accounting dept and performance analyst
  14. Similar oil energy industry experiences preferred
