Brightoil Petroleum Group is one of the largest private petrochemicals companies in China. We are a fast growing group specialized in petroleum products including storage and terminals, wholesale, oil and gas exploration, marine bunkering and international trading.
Brightoil Petroleum in Singapore is engaged in overseas business development, including international oil product trade, overseas oil exploration, business development and participation in international oil market operation. Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high calibre and dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic and challenging environment as Settlement Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for daily management of the Finance Settlement Department.
- Ensure Settlement Department in standardize operation as the company’s work flow and policies.
- Review and supervise company foreign payment and expense expenditure, and provide prompt and timely reports/ feedbacks to President and related departments.
- Responsible for capital flow forecast and analysis, arrangement of funds, risk control, ensure capital can efficiently support operations’ needs.
- Formulate annual budget, supervision and control fulfillment of the budget for revenues and expenditures.
- Coordinate work relations with other departments, ensure smoothly communication and cooperation.
- Responsible for training and guiding department members of the professional knowledge and skills as the Company development needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Financial degree with 5 - 6 years working experience in settlements
- Prior experience in petroleum or commodity trading industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS office product (Excel)
- A self-motivated person with a strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in fast-pace environment
- Possess good working attitude, pleasant personality and comfortable to communicate with colleagues of all levels
- Bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin
