Responsibilities
As a member of the Global Wealth Services Operations Unit, the Securities Processing Analyst will be responsible for processing traditional asset settlements, along with Foreign Exchange activities while supporting external clients. This position will handle multi-currency transactions related to custody of global securities and Foreign Exchange processing. The position will deal with domestic and international counterparties ensuring timely settlement and accurate accounting of these transactions. This position will provide coverage and support to various team members, and may be called upon to assist with related activities within the Operations Services Unit. The selected individual should be detail oriented, efficient, timely, and able to handle pressure situations. The position will provide challenges in meeting deadlines, handling spikes in volumes, and at times client inquiries with related time sensitivity. The selected candidate must be able to handle these situations in an efficient, professional manner, with quality and completeness.
Experience Required
Experience in multi-currency processing within global custody operations
Knowledge of international settlement markets
Knowledge of SWIFT messaging types
Knowledge and experience with Foreign Exchange processing and settlements
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent time management skills
