Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.
Products and services include wealth management, stockbroking and retail lending and banking solutions such as residential and commercial mortgages, investment lending, credit cards and relationship banking to businesses and professionals.
The Macquarie Relationship Banking sales team in Perth are looking for a new coordinator to provide support to 6 Relationship managers. This support will be right through from approvals of loans through to settlements. You will be dealing with up to 30 files at one time which will be at different stages. Superior organisational skills are imperative as is your attention to detail.
Supporting the team of Relationship Managers you will be responsible for the Project Management for on-boarding and growth of the loan portfolio and the ongoing associated maintenance. Your strong client service skills and relationship focused approach will be essential in interacting with internal and external parties to action requests within often tight timeframes. Key responsibilities in this role will be;
- Performing credit checks and searches.
- Preparing all documentation around valuations, including obtaining quotes, preparing instructions, maintaining the register, arranging payments of invoices and providing reports at settlement.
- Manage the process around the deal briefing.
- Manage the documentation right through from offer to settlement.
Managing the process of fixed rates/unwinds.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Settlements and loan documentation experience
- A proactive approach to your work, are reliable and respond well under pressure.
- Be an autonomous self starter.
- Have strong attention to detail and impeccable communications skills.
- Be highly organised, with excellent time management skills;
- Be competent in all Microsoft Office packages and a knowledge of client relationship management software is preferable;
- Relish working within a dynamic business where accuracy, hard work and initiative are highly encouraged.
