The individual in this Global Markets Client Services Support position will work closely with Account Management, clients and Technology, to provide oversight and support for client reporting projects across a number of reporting platforms. They will also act as a business resource to devise reporting solutions using various applications, including Cognos and my.statestreet.com, to increase efficiencies in the delivery of reporting and information to clients. Responsibilities include:
- Advocate for reporting application enhancements and reporting projects to achieve greater efficiencies in the delivery of information and reporting to clients
- Interact with Account Managers and clients to gather and prepare business requirements for custom report development
- Develop custom reports as needed leveraging all available reporting applications
- Ensure quality report documentation and communications to all constituents
- Provide support in administering business governance on all reporting applications and any custom report development
- Support all aspects of training efforts by preparing training materials and conducting training as needed.
- Drive client adoption of data/reporting self-service tools including my.statestreet.com
- Conduct research and analysis on data and report application functionality questions, applying focus to business context
- Participate in business user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience including 2 - 4 years business analysis/project management experience and 2 - 4 years securities finance or industry related experience. Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Access and Excel. Understanding of business intelligence and IBM Cognos (all studios) is preferred. Candidate must be detailed oriented, customer focused and possess excellent oral and written skills
