The IT Security coordination team within SAFE/FIS/AME is responsible for:

Reviewing the identity of internal and external staff and their accesses to our information systems

The deployment of global applications in order to monitor and review the accuracy of users’ access rights

The audit of our business applications and web-applications to assess IT vulnerabilities, which could be due to design issues, code quality, business logic, network misconfiguration ..Etc

Providing expert opinion on remediation to known security issues.

The integration of AME local constraints on global projects led by our Headquarter in Paris.

SAFE/FIS/AME is seeking for a suitable qualified INTERN to join its AME IT Security coordination team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordination of technical external audits of local security initiatives around applications and web application security with various internal departments.

Technical coordination of correction of applications and web applications vulnerabilities

Administrate of all Risk Analysis Documents.

Create and publish of Dashboards and key indicators (KPIs) allowing the ITEC business lines to have a quick summary of the status of their application as well as the remaining work to be accomplished

Play a key role in the continuous Review of information security threats and consequences and continuous improvement of the Review process with the team.

Enter, compile and validate statistical data for management reporting

Identify and control accounts in terms of ownership and associated rights

Participate in various IT-risk management related projects in collaboration with our surveillance teams

Participate in the development of a small security application to manage identify access.

COMPETENCIES

Required/Must have:

Ability to be innovative and use mature judgment in minimizing security incident issues in a resource constrained environment.

Experience in preparing and presenting briefings to senior managers in ITEC and outside.

Ability to multi-task with attention to details

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Strong verbal and written communications skills in ENGLISH.

Knowledge or experience is developing a small application in Microsoft Access, Excel or Windows/MSSQL. Experience of VBA, a plus

Proficient in Excel basics: pivot tables, reporting, grouping etc.

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Previous Experience:

Hand-on experience specializing in Application and web-application development

Exposure to IT Project management

1+ years IT Experience (preference in Financial Services, or IT Security)

EDUCATION

Required/must have:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant technical field.

Strong interest or Knowledge of Information Security

Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Team player

Flexible and self-motivator

Fundamental understanding of communications technologies: email, FTP, Web.
