This Big 4 firm is keen to recruit a Share Schemes Manager to join their growing team in Leeds.
The team advises on incentive plan design, drafting plan documents and advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of remuneration arrangements. The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing articles and alerts on technical and other matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden out their experience to include executive reward advisory, global tax and regulatory and/or accounting advisory work. They encourage their team to develop and maintain specialisms across the broad range of reward / share plans work including listed and unlisted and UK and global work.
The successful applicant will be a reward / share plans specialist with experience of listed and unlisted and UK and global remuneration work, either working in professional services or in industry.
