Shared Service Manager Investment Platform, Permanent, Zurich recruitment
In this challenging permanent position, you will be responsible for all shared service delivery related to the investment platform. Your duties will include the following:
- Overseeing the operation, deployment and integration of new processes into the platform globally
- Managing the demand for changes with customers and provision of business expertise
- Planning and conducting an ITIL standard like change and configuration management process for the shared service
- Supporting a global implementation you will ensure a proper integration of deliverables into the shared service organisation
- Establishment and monitoring of the service delivery on behalf of the customer and provision of the required service reporting
- Management of smooth relationships with outsourcing partners and suppliers
Please note this role will require occasional travel.
To succeed in this role we are looking for the following skill set:
- Proven track record as a shared service manager for a global organisation
- Good understanding of accounting and administration of treasury and investment products and processes
- Good knowledge of SAP modules
- ITIL certification
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Spanish beneficial
