Shared Services Finance Manager
Based in East Kent, our client is seeking a qualified accountant or "qualified by experience" to join them as a Shared Services Finance Manager. This job would suit someone with experience of managing leading a team and with excellent organisational, time management and workload management skills.
In this job you will be responsible for overseeing managing the day to day finance operations for the shared services function, ensuring appropriate financial control and management as well as recruitment development of a large transactional finance team. You will deliver financial information, implement best practice and deliver change within a fast-paced environment.
For this job you will motivate teams to produce quality work to tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects. You will be team player who encourages collaboration and welcomes challenges to achieve greater results. You will demonstrate excellent communication negotiation skills, liaising with all levels up to the board.
