Shared Services Manager

Full Job Description

A well established property firm based in London are currently recruiting for a Shared Service Manager.

Main responsibilities -

- Running the quarterly rent roll and tenant invoicing
- Running the accounts payable shared service
- Preparing the annual service charge budget and billing for the estimated charge
- Managing the annual service charge reconciliations and audit
- Involvement in systems and processes set up
- Integration of new property asset acquisitions or in-housed property services
- Processing PO's, booking invoices, raising payment
- Managing bank accounts and mandates
- Involvement in month end accounting

You must have a property background, with experience supervising a team. You will be well driven, with proven track record in implementing new processes. Strong excel skills is a must.
