Shared Services Project Manager

A major international household product manufacturer has a requirement for an experienced manager to take on a shared service centre project and see it through to completion. This role will be involved in the design, implementation and optimisation of the various processes and procedures relating to the finance and accounting aspects of the shared service centre. 

Working in a market leading organisation, this business critical position will be assisting in knowledge transfer from various European locations, consolidating the human resource and knowledge pool into a single location in west London. The position will be a conduit between senior stakeholders, and operational staff, and will require a high level of communication skill, and presentation ability, as well as the core finance knowledge that underpins a shared service function. You will be conversant in purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, and order-to-cash, and have an appreciation of the need for these processes to be IFRS compliant.
