PURPOSE
Administrator for Real Estate and Private Equity Shareholder Services operations
DELIVERY
- Administrator in charge of Real Estate and Private Equity transactions including transactions related to the support platform in Belgium.
- In charge to process transactions supported by accurate and complete documentation. These transactions are processes in the cut off time agreed in the Operating Memorandum.
- Ensure that all duties (including Legal duties) are applied and respected.
- Ensure services are in alignment with group decisions and global operating models
CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
- Ensure proper communication with clients
- Ensure proper communication within the business line and with other internal departments
- Ensure proper resolution of issues including with other internal department
- Support the product development activities (if required)
- Ensure the business line is properly represented internally
- Ensure client retention through proper service delivery and active support of client reviews
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Ensure an efficient operational service to clients with proper following of processes
- Respect rules and procedures in place within RBC Dexia
- Develop dedicated expertise in various matters (capital calls, secondary market, partly paid and fully paid, etc…)
- Ensure flexibility and adaptability
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE
- Ensure proper dedicated expertise on shareholder services transactions.
- Ability to analyze supporting documentation provided by clients(shared with our Legal department) with regards to subscription agreements or any legal documentation written by Lawyers in order to ensure an accurate and complete file.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
- University or post-Graduate degree with experience in operations with dedicated experience in REPE sector or commercial company firms (5 years)
- Ability to communicate with various providers (internally and externally).
- Knowledge of business strategy and priorities as well as excellent understanding of bank business operations and processes and quality execution experience.
- Ability to represent RBC Dexia internally and externally
